200 gr. ( 7 oz. U.S.)   CheeZLer Gouda
400gr. ( 14 oz. U.S.) macaroni
500 gr. (1 lb.  U.S.) mushrooms
500 gr. (1 lb.  U.S.) chicken nuggets
150 gr. ( 5 oz. U.S.) 1/4butter
1/2 head garlic
2 medium onions
0.5 l (2 cups U.S.) milk
1 table spoon flour

How to make it?

Chop onion and garlic and cook in butter.
Add cubed chicken nuggets and
mushrooms. Cook till slightly brown. Add
milk and flour. Cook until the mass turns
Cook macaroni in separate boil.
Serve over the cooked macaroni.
